Personal health/well-being is just one of the key factors that contribute to our commitment to social responsibility. In 2013, Aleron launched its Wellness Management & Screening Program. Today, employees and their spouses benefit from:
- Secure and confidential medical screenings consisting of 36 core lab tests;
- Health risk appraisals;
- Access to the Wellness, Inc. secure health portal;
- Aleron’s Wellness Incentive Program and discounts on insurance;
- Telephone health coaching;
- Wellness seminars with healthy lunch options provided; and
- Annual companywide weight-loss challenges.
As of January 1, 2014, Aleron introduced a smoke-free environment for all employees and visitors on company property, including in employee and Aleron vehicles. Aleron will assist employees who wish to stop smoking by providing access to a smoking cessation program, available through our health plan and through state and national quit-line resources.
